The DS-176-7688 standard cylinder head intake valve seat insert has an outer diameter measurement of 1.5772 inches and an angle of 25°. It can be used in the following Caterpillar C9 engine models:
- Machine with an engine serial number prefix of 4ZF or SAN
- Truck with an engine serial number of 9DG1 through 9DG381 or a prefix of 4ZF
