The DS-137-6718 cylinder head exhaust valve spring measures 3.625 inches in free length and has an outer diameter of 1.135 inches. It can be used in Caterpillar 3126 and C7 engine models with 3-valve cylinder heads and the following engine serial numbers:
- 6PZ1 and above
- 7JZ1 and above
- 8YS218 through 8YS34999
- BEJ
